Lebo is a human resources specialist and her work spans talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, and systems-building. She has supported Youth Impact’s global expansion, contributing to team growth of over 60% across key hubs including the Philippines, India, and South Africa, and has led improvements in hiring processes, employee wellbeing, and engagement. Lebo has held previous roles in big corporations such as KPMG Botswana where she supported the full employee lifecycle, including compensation, compliance, and workforce planning. She holds a master’s degree in Public Administration (Human Resource Management) from the University of Botswana and an honours degree in Business and Management from Brunel University, UK. She is also a member of the Human Resources Professional Society in Botswana.
