Njandee S. Mbarandango is the TaRL Program Manager for Namibia, responsible for managing government partnerships, supporting regional expansion, and strengthening school-level program delivery. He has expertise in logistics management, budgeting, teacher coaching, and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E). Previously, he worked for 10 years at the Ombetja Yehinga Organisation as a social worker and youth development manager, overseeing initiatives across all 14 regions of Namibia and managing four programs. He also established a national counseling line for learners, contributed to the San matters project supporting San learners, and co-produced three award-winning Namibian films. Njandee holds a professional certificate in counseling and is fluent in multiple languages.
