Emilie is a researcher with over a decade of experience in impact evaluation and education policy across Asia and Africa. Before joining Youth Impact, she worked on education policy reforms in Indonesia as part of the Research on Improving Systems of Education (RISE) programme, and was a Researcher at the Amsterdam Institute for Global Health and Development (AIGHD), where she conducted impact evaluations across a range of development topics including early child development, food security, and water and sanitation. Emilie holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
