Konstantin has helped grow Youth Impact’s rapid experimentation approach, building systems for data collection and iterative learning at scale in Botswana, Namibia, South Africa, and the Philippines. Before joining Youth Impact, Konstantin was a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the University of Bern (Switzerland) where he led research projects in collaboration with Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation in Tanzania, Consciente in El Salvador, the Federal Administrative Court of Switzerland, and Swisscom AG. Konstantin holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Bern, and has published peer-reviewed research on education, program evaluation, and regional development.
