Patience has served as the Senior Manager, Finance and Operations with Youth Impact for 8 years and has established robust financial management systems across multiple countries; namely Botswana, Namibia, South Africa and Philippines. She leads financial reporting, grants management, budgeting, risk management and operational efficiency to support organizational growth. Patience is a Chartered Accountant (ACCA). Before joining Youth Impact, she held a similar position with a local non-governmental organisation in the financial services sector, driving financial inclusion and empowerment of women in the informal sector.
