Rohan brings over a decade of cross-sectoral leadership experience at the intersection of government, civil society, and user-centric technology. He has led strategic programs across more than ten Indian states, championing assessment-driven and technology-enabled approaches to improve learning outcomes. He has also held strategic leadership roles including as the Prime Minister’s Rural Development Fellow and State Project Manager and at Gram Vaani (OnionDev). Rohan holds a master’s degree from the Institute of Development Studies (UK) & TISS (Mumbai) and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
